Privacy policy

1. Deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is necessary. However, this must be to a new date within 1 month from you the originally scheduled course date.

2. Deposit Deduction:

• The deposit amount will be deducted from the total balance due at the time of your course.

3. Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 1 week in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
• Rescheduling requests made within 1 week of the course date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellations:

• In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable.
• No Refunds on any courses.

5. Exceptions:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the deposit policy may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
