Patch testing is always recommended.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. Livvy Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, lash products, adhesives, and beauty supplies cannot be returned once opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if this timeframe is exceeded.

6. Training Courses & Digital Products

All course bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Course fees are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law. Rescheduling may be available depending on notice and availability.

Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, logos, product names, images, training materials, and written content — is the property of Livvy Lashes.
