Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery options may include:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Next Day Delivery: 1–2 working days (when selected at checkout)

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

These may include:

  • Standard shipping rate

  • Next day delivery rate

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Livvy Lashes cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.

Please allow up to 10 working days for courier investigations to be completed.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.
