Refund Policy

At Livvy Lashes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns – Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lash products, including:

  • Lash adhesives

  • Lash trays

  • Tweezers

  • Lash cleansers

  • Any other professional lash supplies

These items are considered hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be resold once opened.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unopened

  • The item is in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Training Course Bookings

All training courses require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your place.

Because course spaces are limited and reserved in advance:

  • The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Course dates may be rescheduled once, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability

If you cancel within 48 hours of your course date, the remaining course balance may still be required as the space cannot be filled at short notice.

If Livvy Lashes needs to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative date.

Attending the course constitutes acceptance of the training service and refunds cannot be issued once the course has commenced.

Digital Courses & Online Training

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Online courses and digital training materials are non-refundable once access has been granted

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect any returned items, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened lash adhesives or beauty products

  • Used lash supplies

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Online training courses once accessed

  • Training course booking fees

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist you in contacting the courier to resolve the issue.
